David Anthony "Charlie" Sanchez was born in San Martin, CA. He has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2000. He received his Broker license in 2006. In 2008, he opened Good Guys Financial Inc., a full service Mortgage Company where he is the President. In 2008, he also opened David Anthony Investment Group a full service Real Estate Company. In 2009 he received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Ashford University. He has been in the  Real Estate Industry now for over 20 years. Happily married for the last twenty-two years to his wife, Susie, they have three children and three grandchildren.
